Event insurance is required for all bookings at The Activation House. It is booked independently by the client and typically runs between $50 – $150 for an event of this size. The policy must include a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate coverage. Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to your event date.

At Signing — 50% Deposit + Security Deposit
50% of the total venue investment plus the refundable security deposit is due at signing to secure your date. No date is held until the initial deposit is received.
3 Months Prior — Full Balance Due
All remaining payments must be received in full no later than 3 months before your event date. Once the balance and proof of insurance are confirmed, you are officially locked in on the calendar.

The Activation House is a 100% smoke-free venue. Smoking anywhere on the property without prior authorization will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. A $1,000 Smoking Accommodation Fee applies if smoking in designated outdoor areas is desired.
Amplified Music / DJ
Outdoor amplified sound must cease by 10:00 PM unless otherwise approved in writing.
Overtime
Any access beyond the included event window is billed at $350 per hour.
Kitchen Use
The chef kitchen is available for cold prep, final plating, and bussing. Stove/oven use requires prior approval and a $150 kitchen use fee.
